Hey all, just wanted to share some info with you about my product i chose for this assessment. Its called the BAC Concorde Jet and was the first and only supersonic airliner to ever be integrated into commercial airlines. In case your wondering, the term supersonic means that it can travel faster than the speed of sound, which is about 1500 miles per hour, and when compared to normal passenger airplanes which travel at about 400 miles per hour, it is quite a big difference.
This aircraft was also special because it paved the way for new ideas in the design field of aeronautical engineering and was a symbol of national pride to both Britain and France as they had achieved something no one else did, a passenger aircraft that could travel over 2 times the speed of sound.
